Overview

Team Member – £12.40 per hour

Shifts:

14 hours per week, shifts between 4am and 8pm

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member
  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
  • Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
  • Delivering brand standards to a level our customers expect
  • Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
  • Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
  • Ensuring the workspace and store are clean, tidy and welcoming
  • Working with colleagues to foster teamwork and a positive culture
  • Leaving customers with a memorable experience worth returning for
  • Helping prepare the store and kitchen for the following day’s trade
