Our Tesco colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with a minimum of 12 available for those who wish to work fewer hours.

• Serve shoppers daily and support the store team.
• Build rapport with customers, delivering natural service with pride.
• Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply training received to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
• Make decisions that benefit customers and meet their needs at the right time.
• Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance, reduce waste and shrink, and drive service and sales.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality for customers.
• Follow store policies and embody Tesco values.
• Accept deliveries into the store as required.
