Security Officer – Warton & Salmesbury

Hours: 42 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Days, nights, and weekends

Rate of Pay: £14.56 per hour

• Must be a driver with access to own vehicle
• Must be a British national by birth or have held a British passport for a minimum of 5 years
• Valid SIA Licence (essential)
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• 5‑year checkable work history
• Must be able to obtain SC clearance
• Physically fit due to significant walking required throughout the shift

• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols across Warton and Salmesbury sites
• Manage access control, checking IDs and issuing visitor passes
• Monitor CCTV feeds and respond to suspicious activity
• Respond quickly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations
• Maintain accurate and detailed incident and breach reports
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
• Inspect security equipment such as alarm systems and CCTV
• Provide high level of customer service while enforcing security procedures
