Your role:
- Analyzes organizational strategy and business processes to assist in the development of solutions which are fully aligned with overall business goals.
- Plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes to improve and support business systems and activities.
- Uses industry knowledge to recommend options which will optimize company functions or processes.
- Uses historical data, sales trends and market research to develop forecasts, track sales quota and provide various reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Works closely with multiple departments. Utilizes data to determine potential changes.
- May conduct various financial assessments of investments (ROI/ROA, etc.).
- Assists companies in areas of solutions planning, impact analysis, and risk assessment.
- Help in the planning and implementation of the RFP process, broad architectural considerations, budgeting, and project planning.
- Sit on client/customer steering committees related to the broader aspects of the program/project being implemented.
- Two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 5+ years of functional experience
- Recognized skilled specialist in job area.
- Responsible for leading daily operations.
- May train, delegate and review the work of lower-level employees.
- Problems typically are not routine and require analysis, judgment, and initiative.
- Makes minor adjustments and enhancements to working methods to improve effectiveness of area.
- Provides administrative or technical support at a specialist level.
- Incumbents are highly proficient in a broad range of activities related to their job.
- May act as a lead or mentor to more junior technical or administrative support personnel.
- Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.
- Makes recommendations for new procedures.
- Incumbents independently perform a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors.
- Known in the department/group as the “knowledge base” of information.
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Often acts as a facilitator and team leader.
