UChicago Medicine Advent Health Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving multi-specialty clinic in Carol Stream, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team that values whole-person care and clinical excellence.

• Well established community practice
• Part-Time 30 hours per week (.76 FTE)
• 1:4 call
• Patient friendly hours include: 1 evening per week and 1 Saturday morning per month
• Other specialty practices on site
• Lab and Xray on site
• PTO and CME
• Occurrence-based malpractice insurance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
• Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
