As a Senior Electromechanical Engineer, you will be responsible to lead the design, development, and implementation of electromechanical systems engineering solutions. You will drive collaboration with cross-functional teams, leverage technical strategy and best practices, and lead the successful execution of projects. In this role, you will further develop technical subject-matter expertise while contributing significantly to MFT’s growth and innovation.
** What You’ll Do
*** Actively lead and / or participate in project teams focused on New Product Development, Continuous Product Improvement, or Feature Innovation.
* Lead or support project plan development including scope, schedule, and resource allocation in support of enterprise priority goals and objectives.
* Lead or participate in the development, testing, validation, and application electromechanical systems, including motors, sensors, and control systems for MFTA products, using applicable Electromechanical theoretical and empirical techniques.
* Lead problem solving activities using 8D methodology to identify root cause of issues and oversee development/implementation of a corrective action plan.
* Utilize mathematical and computer-based engineering analyses to design innovative and reliable solutions for Electromechanical systems, structures, products, or processes.
* Develop technical drawings, models, and specifications using engineering software and tools.
* Conduct testing, collect and analyze data, and interpret test results to evaluate the performance, reliability, and safety of electrical and mechanical systems and circuit design.
* Identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot technical issues, and propose and implement design modifications of existing product lines.
* Collaborate with Mechanical, Hardware, and Software engineers to develop integrated solutions and troubleshoot issues.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in Electromechanical Engineering
* Actively participate in continuous learning and professional development activities, including attending training programs, workshops, and conferences.
