We’re looking for a sharp, hands‑on Sr. Accountant to join our growing team and play a key role in driving financial performance across multiple business units. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and want real ownership, this is your chance to make an impact.

• Lead the month‑end close process and produce clean, accurate financials across multiple entities.
• Prepare consolidated reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership.
• Dig into cost accounting – analyze BOMs, inventory, variances, and help operations improve margins.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision‑making.
• Build efficient financial processes, optimize ERP systems (Sage, Quick Books, etc.), and support scalable growth.

• 5–10 years of experience in accounting, ideally in manufacturing or distribution.
• Fluent in Excel and ERP systems; confident navigating data and streamlining workflows.
• Solid understanding of cost structures, inventory, and margin analysis.
• Comfortable juggling multiple entities and working across departments.
