As a Home Care Aide, you’ll work 1‑on‑1 with your clients inside their homes, supporting them with the following activities:

• Light housekeeping: organizing, laundry, basic cleaning
• Personal activities: dressing, grooming, assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, accompanying clients to appointments

• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
• HS Diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of previous caregiver experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Access to insured and reliable transportation
  
  No experience required, but candidates with a CNA certification are encouraged to apply
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state‑required training
