How this role contributes to the Antunes customer success:This role ensures our Total Rewards programs help attract, motivate, and retain talent, reinforce performance and accountability, and enable sustainable global business growth.
How this role creates value for the customers and the business.- Partner with stakeholders to design and evolve Compensation and Benefits programs that reflect People-First culture, balance competitiveness, cost stewardship, and equity and support business growth.
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights on pay and benefits trends to guide decision-making, ensure compliance, and uphold integrity and accountability for performance in all Total Rewards practices.
- Equip leaders with tools and knowledge to make fair, consistent pay decisions; communicate Total Rewards programs in a way that builds understanding, trust, and respect.
- Simplify processes, enhance technology and analytics, and champion initiatives that support our team members and strengthen Antunes as an employer of choice.
Professional: Strong knowledge of compensation design, job evaluation, performance-oriented incentive programs, and benefits regulations; advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Leadership skills: Coaching, Facilitation, Building partnerships, Business & Financial acumen, Digital Talent (AI) management
