The Order Administrator plays a key role in connecting our customers, production team, and logistics partners. This role owns the flow of orders from initial entry through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and smooth execution at every stage. Working closely with design, manufacturing, and operations teams, the Order Administrator helps turn detailed specifications into finished products that arrive on time, every time.
What You Will Do:- Own the full lifecycle of customer orders from entry through shipment, ensuring accuracy across pricing, quantities, lead times, and delivery requirements in the ERP system.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, primarily over email, answering questions regarding order status, production timelines, shipping updates, and changes, building trust and respect through clear and proactive communication.
- Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy and compliance, resolving discrepancies related to pricing, terms, specs, or delivery expectations before releasing to production.
- Monitor open order reports and production queues, flagging potential delays early and coordinating solutions to keep commitments on track.
- Support invoicing and billing accuracy by validating shipped quantities, pricing, and customer terms prior to invoice release.
- Maintain organized order documentation, customer records, and correspondence to support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 6 months or more of experience with order management, sales support, order administration, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to learn new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
