This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. Crafty is looking for a Route Merchandiser whose responsibilities will include:

• Merchandising :
  Take pride in your spaces by owning client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms.
• Delivery :
  Successfully complete 5-8 delivery stops during your day where you will safely navigate the loading/unloading of the delivery truck, delivering product directly into our client locations.
• Safe Driving :
  Safely maneuver one of our box trucks through a route delivering food, beverages, and smiles to our clients. (Valid Driver's license required)
• Customer Service :
  Engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service
• Maintenance + Inventory :
  Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget)
• Communication :
  Communicate and elevate any location needs or safety concerns to the Crafty team, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork

This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty for our Chicago market's first shift (Monday-Thursday, 4:30am - 2:30pm PT). This role is based out of our Carol Stream warehouse and will make deliveries throughout the Chicagoland Area and succeed by meeting the skill based qualifications below:

• The role frequently requires lifting items weighing over 50 lbs throughout the day and safely handling bulky items up to 150 lbs.
