Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Carol Stream, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience coordinating shipments, communicating with customers, and working within an ERP system. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Pay, Schedule, and Location- $22-$26/hour, depending on experience
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 8:00am to 5:00pm schedule
- Located in Carol Stream, Illinois
- Coordinate and arrange shipments, including less‑than‑truckload (LTL), truckload, and third‑party shipments
- Communicate with customers regarding shipping schedules, delivery expectations, and shipment status
- Coordinate with carriers and third‑party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Enter and maintain shipment information, orders, and related documentation within an ERP system
- Track shipments, monitor delivery progress, and proactively communicate any delays or issues
- Assist with resolving shipping discrepancies and transportation‑related issues
- Maintain accurate shipping records and ensure logistics information is up to date
- Manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping, transportation, or freight coordination
- Experience arranging LTL, truckload, and third‑party shipments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to changing needs
- Proficiency with computers and data entry
