As a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be an essential leader in our mission, ensuring our team delivers the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

As a Commercial Cleaning Area Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be providing janitorial coverage and executing special janitorial projects as directed by the Area Manager at multiple customer sites throughout the assigned territory. Daily communication with the Area Manager is paramount to ensure clear expectations of assignments for each work shift. This is considered an on-call position, so flexibility paired with the willingness to work in emergency situations is essential.

THIS POSITION REQUIRE TRAVEL, and a travel allowance will be included in your compensation package.

  1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the cleaning industry.

  English proficiency is required; bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Work Ethic: A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Stamina: The role requires standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
