Warehouse Supervisor - Weekend Shift

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee logistics and supply chain projects within our 3PL operations. This role requires a strong team player who can collaborate cross‑functionally while leading project initiatives. You’ll manage client projects, streamline processes, and ensure timely, cost‑effective project execution. The ideal candidate brings a blend of leadership, logistics knowledge, and project management skills.

• Ensure the warehouse operates at maximum efficiency, with customer satisfaction as the primary goal, by managing, organizing, training, and providing direction for a team of warehouse employees.
• Achieve all operational goals and service levels alongside the operations leadership team.
• Find creative solutions for day‑to‑day operational challenges.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Supervise daily activities including order fulfillment, quality assurance, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Manage eCommerce order fulfillment while achieving established service levels.
• Work directly with Customer Support and Account Manager teams to ensure client deliverables are met.
• Oversee dynamic and changing customer needs such as special packaging, kitting, and bundling projects.
• Lead a highly productive and engaged team while removing obstacles to drive operational efficiencies.
• Support new client onboarding and creative fulfillment processes.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding client projects.
• Present progress updates and resolve issues in real time.
• Identify process improvement opportunities (efficiency, cost reduction, accuracy).

• 5+ years experience leading an operations team in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary software quickly.
• Ability to hire, coach, train, and manage a team of 10 to 50 employees.
• Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced changing environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
