The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee logistics and supply chain projects within our 3PL operations. This role requires a strong team player who can collaborate cross-functionally while leading project initiatives. You'll manage client projects, streamline processes, and ensure timely, cost-effective project execution. The ideal candidate brings a blend of leadership, logistics knowledge, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure the warehouse operates at maximum efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by managing, organizing, training, and providing direction for a team of warehouse employees.

* Achieving all operational goals and service levels alongside the operations leadership team.

* Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges.

* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

* Supervise the warehouse's daily activities, including order fulfillment, quality assurance, inventory control, and logistics coordination.

* Manage eCommerce order fulfillment while achieving established service levels.

* Work directly with our Customer Support and Account Manager teams to ensure client deliverables are met.

* Oversee dynamic and changing customer needs such as special packaging, kitting, and bundling projects.

* Lead a highly productive and engaged team while removing obstacles to drive operational efficiencies.

* Support new client onboarding and creative fulfillment processes.

* May be required to perform other duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs.

* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

* Coordinate with the internal team regarding client projects.

* Present progress updates and resolve issues in real time.

* Identify process improvement opportunities (efficiency, cost reduction, accuracy).

What You'll Bring to the Team (Required Skills & Abilities):

* 5+ years experience leading an operations team in a warehouse environment

* Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary software quickly

* Ability to hire, coach, train, and manage a team of 10 to 50 employees

* An ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced changing environment

* Detail Oriented, Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

* Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

* Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance is a plus

* High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)

* Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
