Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Carol Stream, IL. This role is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, and assembly. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn while supporting daily production goals.
Pay, Schedule, and Location- $19.50/hr
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 1st Shift: 6:30am to 3:00pm
- Located in Carol Stream, IL
- Assist with assembling, sorting, and packaging products as needed
- Operate basic machinery and equipment safely; training provided
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Follow supervisor instructions and meet daily production goals
- Perform basic quality control checks and report defects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and regulations
- Support timely completion of shop orders and on-time deliveries
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and comply with 5S standards
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform light bending and reaching
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work safely around machinery, forklifts, and material-handling equipment
