** Electrical Assembly Associate** , you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced, assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the end customer. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All
** Temp-to-Hire
** employees are offered competitive compensation $19.50/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include 1st : 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday
** Responsibilities of the Electrical Assembly Associate **:
• Unwrapping, unloading, and loading batteries into cabinets to prepare orders for shipment
• Follow and understand all Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and procedures related to manufacturing of quality products.
• Comply with quality procedures including calibrated tools, preventative maintenance tools, perishable materials and handling of defective materials.
• Accurately record meter readings including voltage to ensure compliance with standards.
• Produce work safely and efficiently while meeting all quality standards
• Produce assemblies within standard lead time per workbench and clocking’s.
• Visual inspection of material before and after assembly, including video and photos.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area per housekeeping standards, including tool carts.

Required Qualifications of the Electrical Assembly Associate:
• Previous Manufacturing experience
• Previous experience with hand tools and power tools
• Experience with electrical components (preferred not required)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand, bend, push and pull up to 40lbs
• Knowledge of basic safety rules
• Professional attitude and demeanor
