Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality manufacturing outcomes. Use handheld grinding and deburring tools to remove excess material, sharp edges, and imperfections from metal parts. Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Handle and position parts safely during grinding and finishing operations. Maintain production standards while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Keep work area clean and organized and perform basic tool maintenance.

Required Skills:

Manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent use of hands and arms to operate tools and equipment. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is a plus Work Environment Manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, dust, and production equipment. Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other equipment as needed.
