1st Shift Quality Control

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Laborer to join the Quality Control Department. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity responsible for handling samples, repackaging materials, and maintaining a clean and organized sample laboratory and sample area. The ideal candidate must be able to follow basic English instructions, safely lift up to 55 lbs., and maintain a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

• Pull and package samples according to established procedures
• Repack 55 lb. bags/cartons into pails
• Handle and move materials safely and efficiently
• Clean and organize the sample laboratory and sample area
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow basic written and verbal instructions in English
• Follow all company safety procedures and Quality Control guidelines
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to understand and read basic English instructions
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be willing to work in a Quality Control/sample laboratory environment
• Must complete an interview prior to placement

• Must be able to lift and move up to 55 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday
• Able to repeatedly lift and handle bags, cartons, pails, and samples
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently

• Must wear steel-toe shoes
• Steel-toe caps may be required if steel-toe shoes are not available
• Must follow all required safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• No overtime
• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
• Temp-to-hire opportunity
