Sales Representative, Sales Development Rep/SDR
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a focus on building relationships and driving business growth. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Base pay plus commissions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals in both B2B and direct sales environments.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
- Engage in cold calling and lead generation efforts to identify potential customers within assigned territories.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client needs and maintaining ongoing communication.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, especially over the phone.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM and sales tracking software.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including a few Saturdays per month.
- Requires some out-of-state and local travel for trailer shows and events throughout the year.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Salary:
From $45,000 per year base salary plus commissions
Expected Hours: 40 per week
