- Sales Management:
Consistently collect and grow weekly sales orders from assigned accounts. - Client Visits:
Regularly visit clients and conduct follow-up calls to assess needs, manage inventory, enhance sales through upselling/cross-selling, promote trials/samples, and maintain promotion awareness. - Product Expertise:
Master product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations. - Collections Support:
Support the collections team in securing timely payments from accounts, including necessary follow-ups. - Relationship Cultivation:
Cultivate strong relationships with grocery and restaurant clients, advising on planogram planning, product selections, and order processes. - Market Growth:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Indian food market. - Issue Resolution:
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues swiftly, logging and tracking significant concerns for resolution. - Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data to increase market share and wallet size. - Market Insights:
Stay informed about market trends and competitors, providing regular insights and reports to management. - Strategy Implementation:
Collaborate with the business strategy team to implement sales insights in daily account management. - Marketing Participation:
Participate in field marketing activities, product demos, and industry events to penetrate new markets. - Lead Generation:
Engage in cold calling to generate new client leads. - Reporting:
Provide management with reports on customer needs, potential new products or services, and competitive activities. - Technology Adoption:
Assist customers in adopting new technologies and e-commerce platforms. - Additional Duties:
