Small Cell Tower Technician

Join our fast-paced wireless construction team! We’re looking for a reliable, safety-conscious
Small Cell Technician
to install, maintain, and troubleshoot small cell equipment on poles, rooftops, and structures.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and test small cell radios, antennas, and fiber connections
• Perform cabinet and enclosure work at street level
• Use RF testing tools and hand tools
• Climb ladders, operate lifts, utilize bucket trucks and follow strict safety procedures

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in wireless, electrical, or low-voltage work
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Safety certifications a plus (OSHA 10, RF Awareness, CPR)

Pay Range:$20.00 - $32.00 per hour

Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
