Job DescriptionPosition Purpose: Repair and Tool Technicians are responsible for evaluating and repairing small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. They recommend equipment, ensure units are maintained, and work both in stores with Tool Rental Centers and in repair centers. In stores, technicians provide service to customers, handle rental contracts and invoices, and demonstrate proper tool use. They also manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of equipment.
Off-site, technicians ensure units are repaired, tested, cleaned, and returned to the store. They must have thorough tool knowledge and manage inventory effectively.
