Marquette Management Inc.,  is looking for a maintenance technician in Carol Stream, IL. The maintenance position plays a key role in effectively accomplishing the goal of providing residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general repairs to apartments and common areas, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, moving appliances, and other related duties.

The Maintenance Technician must have previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry, along with excellent customer service skills and basic computer knowledge. Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns is required.

• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus. Availability for on-call duties and flexibility to work weekends when necessary is also preferred.

• Starting wage ranges from $22.33 to $23.45 based on experience.
