La Fédération genevoise des établissements médico-sociaux à Carouge, Genève, recherche un(e) Infirmier(ère)-responsable d’équipe de soins à 100%. Vous serez en charge de gérer une équipe de 30 personnes et d'assurer la qualité des soins pour les résidents.
Le candidat idéal devra posséder un diplôme HES en soins infirmiers et une solide expérience en management et en gériatrie. Un environnement de travail respectueux et éthique est proposé, avec rémunération selon l'échelle de l'Etat de Genève.
