Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a Skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) for part-time, weekend shifts (10am–10pm, Saturday and Sunday) to provide one-on-one home health care.
You will care for one patient per shift, supporting daily living activities and comfort at home, while coordinating with the patient’s family and supervising staff. Responsibilities include observing patient conditions, administering medications, and adapting care plans as needed.
