About the Area Coach role:

* Our experienced multi-unit leaders have deep functional knowledge of operational, financial, people and guest performance metrics. They maintain a quality management team in their area through recruiting, selection, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating performance, and providing direction.

* Area Coaches enjoy teaching, developing, and mentoring managers and motivating multiple restaurant teams to work together and achieve the desired goals.

What You Bring to the Table:

* Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college

* Two years multi-unit leadership experience in either a food service or retail environment with full operational responsibilities including new asset development and rebuilds

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

* Ability to utilize various technology platforms to measure operational performance

The pay range for this role is $68,000-$73,000
