Our Sales Administrator Tool & Die will perform a variety of support duties developing new and supporting existing customers in the Tool and Die market.
Responsibilities- Cold Calling:
Identifying potential customers who are a good fit for our services - Communicate with customers to educate them on OTTO products
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and customer data in a CRM system
- Provide support to sales team to ensure that the sales objectives are achieved
- Actively manage assigned accounts in conjunction with other sales support staff
- Responsible for order entry, expediting, delivery issues, and other follow‑up as needed
- Manage shipment commitments between customers and OTTO
- Ensure that delivery dates are accurate and attainable
- Process customer orders using internal OTTO system
- Assist with other related duties as required or assigned
