Csr Sales Representative

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED Semper SolR is one of Illinois’ fastest-growing residential solar companies. We help homeowners understand renewable energy, lower their electric bills, and take advantage of state and federal incentives. Our team is driven, direct, and committed to helping families make smarter energy decisions. We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative who thrives in face-to-face interactions with homeowners.

You’ll engage with customers in person, provide clear information, help them understand their solar options, and assist in generating qualified appointments for our sales team.

• Speak with homeowners in person
• Provide customer service by educating families about solar programs & incentives
• Answer questions and guide homeowners through their options
• Gather basic info and help schedule consultations for our solar team
• Represent our brand with professionalism, confidence, and strong communication
• Learn and use a proven sales conversation system
• Attend weekly trainings and team meetings

• Strong people skills and comfort interacting face-to-face
• Positive, energetic, and approachable
• Reliable, motivated, and coachable
• Comfortable walking outdoors in assigned neighborhoods
• No solar experience required; we provide full training
• Sales background is a plus but not mandatory

$800 - $1500 per week
