English Language Teacher

Position: ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHER
Job Summary
Benedict School, Carpi, MO (Italy) has an opening for one EFL full‑time Teacher. The start date is 15th September 2026 for a 10‑month contract, renewable for a full school calendar year. The teacher should hold a degree and a CELTA or DELTA certification, with a minimum of 2 years of TEFL experience. We are a Cambridge Preparation Centre seeking an enthusiastic, learner‑friendly, and committed teacher who can deliver engaging lessons to children, teenagers and adults ranging from complete beginners to C2 level.

Applicants must have permission to work in the EU or hold a valid work permit for employment in Italy.

Qualifications

English mother tongue level, EU passport holders only or British passport with valid Italian permesso di soggiorno.

BA plus recognized teaching certification (CELTA or DELTA).

Experience with Cambridge Exams (YLE; KET; PET; FCE; CAE; IELTS).

Experience teaching young learners is a must.

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience with a wide variety of ages and levels, including young learners and teenagers.

Knowledge of Italian is an asset (not a necessity).

Valid driving license is a must.
