Our thriving dental office is seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Front Office Executive to join our team full time Monday
- Thursday. If you have a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch patient care, we want you to be a key player in our dental practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Efficiently and productively schedule and manage patient appointments with attention to communicate effectively with patients to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Collaborate closely with dental professionals to optimize scheduling and ensure productive efficient patient flow.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records and patient information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with patient registration and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Process insurance claims and assist with billing procedures.
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and privacy.
  • Assist with office administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the dental practice.
  • Act as a key team player, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a dental office scheduler is essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Energetic and proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Familiarity with dental office software and scheduling systems.
