This position will be part of the AEROSPACE, DEFENSE & MARINE (AD&M) BUSINESS UNIT

The location for this position is Carpinteria, CA (Street Address: 550 Linden Ave, Carpinteria, CA)

• Work with and learn from seasoned Product Engineers.
• Support design/manufacturing/testing processes by identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Participate on cross-functional teams to help solve manufacturing and to complete testing.

• Support Engineering with data collection and analysis.
• Lead, or participate in, cross-functional projects to address and resolve testing/manufacturing issues, regarding the sustaining and continuous improvement of processes and methods to improve safety, quality, and delivery.
• Create/Improve testing/manufacturing process documentation.

• Have earned a high school diploma or GED
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $78,500 - $117,800/ Annually (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
