Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. $21.00–$26.50/hr the listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

PT 1 Shift per week

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active CNA certification (state-specific).
• CPR certified.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.
