The Server is to serve and prepare alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, specialty coffees, and food in accordance with the brand's quality and control standards. The Server assists in the overall daily operation of the F&B department to efficiently serve all hotel patrons in a courteous and professional manner. The Server must maintain proper safety and sanitation standards at all times as per local health department regulations and company guidelines.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour.

• Report to the shift supervisor at the beginning of your shift.
• Complete duties as assigned by the Chef.
• Assist the Chef or shift supervisor in checking for proper food and taste.
• Check staffing levels; inform appropriate staff members of any call outs and notify of any changes. Consult with the Chef or supervisor if reinforcements need to be called.
• Check ware‑washing machine for proper temperature and chemical level.
• Make sure appropriate dishes and silverware are set up nearby for easy access during your shift.
• Ensure the MICROS equipment is functioning correctly and that all supplies are stocked and available.

• Ability to stand for 5 hours, lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs.
• Food Handlers Card required.
• Willing and able to work a varied schedule, which may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Previous food and beverage experience.
