Commercial HVAC Boiler Technician

Job Summary

Mesa Energy Systems has an immediate need for a Boiler Technician. The Boiler Technician follows preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repairs of all boiler controls and system components. The role requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and reliability within a dynamic energy solutions environment.

• Maintain daily operations of boilers.
• Complete daily checks and maintain necessary operating records.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on boilers and associated equipment.
• Conduct monthly testing of all safety systems.
• Conduct annual tuning and inspections of boilers.
• Monitor chemical feeds and adjust as necessary.
• Monitor exhaust and stack emissions to ensure compliance.

• Completed 4‑year apprenticeship program or technical schooling.
• At least 5 years of commercial air‑conditioning experience.
• Availability for emergency call outs.
• Team‑player attitude with strong collaboration skills.
• Rule 1415 certification.
• EMS experience a plus (Staefa/Siemens).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

$21.25 – $64.37 per hour. The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
