Job Summary
Mesa Energy Systems has an immediate need for a Boiler Technician. The Boiler Technician follows preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repairs of all boiler controls and system components. The role requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and reliability within a dynamic energy solutions environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Maintain daily operations of boilers.
- Complete daily checks and maintain necessary operating records.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on boilers and associated equipment.
- Conduct monthly testing of all safety systems.
- Conduct annual tuning and inspections of boilers.
- Monitor chemical feeds and adjust as necessary.
- Monitor exhaust and stack emissions to ensure compliance.
- Completed 4‑year apprenticeship program or technical schooling.
- At least 5 years of commercial air‑conditioning experience.
- Availability for emergency call outs.
- Team‑player attitude with strong collaboration skills.
- Rule 1415 certification.
- EMS experience a plus (Staefa/Siemens).
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
$21.25 – $64.37 per hour. The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
