While managing a million-plus dollar-a-year restaurant, you will develop business disciplines in Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Sales Building, and Cost Controls. • Ability to work a 50 hour work week which will include nights, weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.

• Direct, control and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality product to our guests in the most efficient and friendly way possible.
