OVERVIEW
First Health Hospice & Palliative Care is a 5 STAR rated non-profit hospice offering compassionate end-of-life care support.
As a Hospice CNA you will have an opportunity to use advanced skills in a specialty hospice care setting. Hospice CNA care is performed alongside an interdisciplinary team in which you will deliver: personal care to patients following a patient specific plan of care. The assigned duties may include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility support, ostomy/foley, and skin care all while closely observing and reporting any changes in the patient's condition to the hospice nurse.
The opportunity to perform compassionate care in the hospice house to these short term patients is fast paced with quick turn around and provides a great opportunity to use all your skills.

Provides direct patient care while working under the supervision of a Nursing Supervisor utilizing skills as outlined in the scope of practice by the Department of Human Services Division of Facility Services. High School diploma or GED required. Current Nursing Assistant Level I certification. AHA CPR required.
