First Health Hospice & Palliative Care is a 5 STAR rated non-profit hospice offering compassionate end-of-life care support.

• As a Hospice CNA, provide direct patient care in a specialty hospice setting.
• Deliver personal care to patients following a patient-specific plan of care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility, ostomy/foley, and skin care.
• Observe and report changes in the patient’s condition to the hospice nurse.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support compassionate care in the hospice house for short-term patients.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current Nursing Assistant Level I certification.
• AHA CPR required.
