Point of Sale​/Stock Associate - Part Time; Req

How you will impact Southern States Cooperative:

• Responsible for greeting customer, assisting customer with product selection, upselling, cross-selling and completing sales transaction.
• Completes point of sale for customers
• Responsible for keeping showroom neat and clean
• Responsible for stocking cleaning and fronting merchandise in showroom.
• Checks incoming shipments, verifies with packing sheets.
• Assists in taking physical inventory
• Practices safety at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned

What you need to succeed:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License - Satisfactory Driving Record. Weekend work required. Flexible schedules required.
• Requires physical strength and dexterity to walk, stand, bend, climb, reach, stoop, twist and lift/carry 50 pounds. Vision, hearing and speech essential. Hand coordination to use computer. Job requires contact with hazardous materials and drive/travel and work in adverse weather conditions.
