Leasing Consultant - Royal Park

• Welcome potential residents via phone or in‑person.
• Assist prospects in finding a new apartment by showing units and providing tours of the community.
• Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to coordinate community and resident appreciation events.
• Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• At least 1+ year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.
