Purchase Ledger - Alderley Edge - Permanent - up to £14.50hr + holiday pay
Our client is a well-established business based near Alderley Edge, and they are actively seeking a Purchase Ledger to join their small and dynamic team on a part time temporary basis.
Responsibilities- Process high volumes of invoices accurately using Xero
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Prepare payment runs and ensure timely supplier payments
- Maintain accurate supplier accounts and records
- Manage supplier queries professionally via phone and email
- Support month-end processes, including reconciliations within Xero
- Maintain organised and accurate financial filing systems
