Location: Spire Manchester Hospital (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Admin Team Administrator to join our People Shared Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality HR and workforce administration support across the full employee lifecycle.

Overview

As a People Admin Team Administrator, you’ll be part of a multi-skilled team providing efficient, accurate, and empathetic support to colleagues and managers. From producing contracts and maintaining employee records to supporting payroll-critical tasks and resolving queries, you’ll help ensure a seamless experience for our workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Administer the end-to-end employee lifecycle for approximately 16,000 employees.
  • Produce contracts and variation documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Deliver pay-critical administrative tasks on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintain employee files and update procedural documentation.
  • Support annual HR processes such as bonus and benefits enrolment.
  • Handle complex queries and complaints, following escalation processes.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards).
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in HR/People administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A collaborative team player committed to continuous development.
