Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Executive Assistant. In
this role, you will support the administrative functions and contribute to the efficient operation of our
business across all segments. The Executive Assistant will assist in driving organizational effectiveness
and provide essential support to the executive team through effective administrative management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Email Management:Regularly check, sort, and respond to emails. Prioritize and sort urgent emails
and flag important messages.
Calendar Management:Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events. Ensure there
are no scheduling conflicts and that the calendar is up-to-date.
Travel Arrangements:Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips. Prepare
detailed itineraries and ensure all travel plans are seamless.
Meeting Preparation:Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
Document Management:Organize, file, and maintain documents and records. Prepare reports,
presentations, and correspondence as required.
Errands:Run various errands as needed, such as purchasing office supplies or picking up deliveries.
Communication:Act as a liaison between the executive team and other staff members or external
parties. Handle confidential information with discretion.
Project Assistance:Assist with special projects, research, and other tasks as assigned by the
executive team.
Follow up:Taking and chasing up follow ups for any reminders, meetings, deadlines with the
required personnel.

Skills and

Qualifications:
  • Education – as per company hiring standards or policy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
