Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, an established business, to recruit for a Travel & Events Administrator
, to join their team in Armagh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business during a time of continual growth and internal development.

The role

The Travel & Events Administrator is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for scheduling travel and accommodation for colleagues, assisting in the planning of internal events, HR-related duties, and wider administrative support.

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal departments, including on-field representatives and senior management, handling queries.
  • Scheduling travel and accommodation for colleagues, both domestic and international, including flights, hotels and transfers.
  • Assist in internal event co‑ordination, scheduling client visits, confirming staff events, and arranging catering.
  • Support with HR-related duties, compiling induction packs, onboarding new staff, and ensuring the internal system is kept up to date.
  • Provide general office administration support, ordering office supplies, maintaining records and handling requests.
  • High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role.
The Right Person

Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a similar role, possessing excellent communication skills. You will pride yourself on your ability to co‑ordinate effectively, work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent organisational skills. Strong IT skills are required for this role.

The Package

A competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000, dependant on experience, with Monday‑Friday working hours, and on-site parking.
