Salary: c £45,000 - c £65,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

As a Finance Business Partner
, you'll play a key role in driving performance across our supply chain, stock, and OPEX functions. You'll provide insightful financial analysis
, partner with operational teams, and influence decisions that deliver value and efficiency. From embedding SAP to supporting transformation projects, this is a role where your impact will be immediate and visible.

• Partner with supply chain and logistics teams to analyse key metrics and cost drivers.
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Manage monthly and quarterly closing processes, including inventory costing and balance sheet reviews.
• Drive cost optimisation strategies and support annual budgets and reforecasts.
• Build strong relationships across finance, operations, and our European logistics team.
• Support continuous improvement and the evolution of financial systems.

• Experience in business partnering and cost control
  .
• Strong understanding of freight-in/out
  , warehousing
  , and 3PL management
  .
• Skilled in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems;
  SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to influence and drive change.
• Part-qualified or qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
