We're looking for a sharp, pragmatic and experienced Compliance Manager to join us for a 6-month sprint, helping us safeguard our brand while we reach more pet parents than ever before.
The RoleThis isn't a "check-the-box" exercise. You'll make real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment, directly influencing how we engage with our Marketing community. The role will also focus on optimising our use of AI and workflow tools for financial Promotion approval.
What You'll Be Doing- Second-Line Approvals: Deliver high-quality, prompt reviews of marketing material across AFI.
- Modern Oversight: Design and embed control frameworks for partnerships with influencers and affiliates.
- Empower the Team: Design and deliver training to help our Marketers understand the "why" behind the "what".
- Future-Proofing: Identify opportunities for AI and automation to streamline our review processes.
- Stakeholder Partnering: Build genuine relationships, offering constructive challenge and collaborative solutions.
- Meaningful Impact: Your work ensures we deliver good outcomes for our customers and their furry friends.

- The Basics: Deep knowledge of ICOBS, FCA Financial Promotions requirements, the Appointed Representatives Regime and the Consumer Duty.
- The
Experience:
You've worked in a second-line compliance role within insurance or financial services and been involved in approving Financial Promotions. - The Mindset: You're a self-starter who can work autonomously, interpret complex regs and offer pragmatic, business-focused advice.
- The Tech Angle: Experience with third-party marketing approvals (influencers/affiliates) is a huge plus.
