Salary: £90k OTE - high basic and company car
Our client is a major player within the sector they serve. The role will be targeting and winning new business in the private sector through previously established network and the ability to penetrate new accounts. Using our client’s wide range of document-centric products and services develop and manage a sales pipeline across focused market sectors to achieve individual financial targets. Work collaboratively with peers and other members of the wider team to assist in the short and long term success of the organisation.
Responsibilities- Target and secure new business across the transactional print and mail document life cycle to include mainframe and ad hoc generated output
- Understand, position and sell a wide range of services to include consulting, document composition, transactional print and mail (to include hybrid mail), inbound services (mail receipt and scanning), e-delivery, MFD management, print management, and design
- Maintain and develop a thorough understanding of the services above and related industry trends
- Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to include presenting to ‘C’ level executives
- Maintain collaborative relationships with peers to enable the efficient and effective cross‑selling of complimentary services
- Accurately forecast revenue and margin on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Ability to work independently in the achievement of financial targets
- Extensive network in the private sector and corresponding ability to bring in new clients
- Extensive experience in the print industry, specifically as it relates to transactional print and mail services
- Ability to cross‑sell related services.
- Thorough knowledge of the sales cycle within large contracts (£500k+ revenue per annum)
- Thorough knowledge of hybrid mail services, market and competition
- Experience in the financial services and insurance industries
- Prior knowledge of CRM systems
- Dynamic, results driven individual capable of inspiring and motivating prospects to buy for the first time and clients to buy more
- Outstanding communicator with strong writing skills
- Flexible and resilient; adapting approach to consistently deliver exceptional results
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage others, to include ‘C’ level executives
- High moral standards
- Driven to succeed and passionate about the steps needed to do so
- Excellent time management, planning and negotiating skills
- Ability to organise a busy workload with minimal supervision
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
