Hosts can monetise their driveway or charger, set availability and pricing, and earn through safe, managed bookings.
Zyy Pod is a smart technology layer that turns ordinary charging setups into metered, bookable, trackable assets. It enables accurate session tracking and billing, and bridges physical charging with software bookings to support a scalable host network.
We’re entering an early rollout phase, making this a critical moment to shape partnerships and goto‑market foundations.
Our mission is to build the community layer for EV charging — unlocking underused chargers and laying the groundwork for smarter, more flexible energy systems.
Our long-term vision connects EV charging with distributed energy and grid‑ready innovation such as V2X and V2G, using real-world host infrastructure.
The opportunityThis is not a typical role. It’s a part‑time, high‑ownership, partner‑track opportunity for someone who wants meaningful climate impact and real upside.
You’ll help build growth across:
- Business development and partnerships
- Marketing execution and measurable traction
- Build and manage a full BD pipeline from outreach to close.
- Close partnerships with property owners, venues, EV communities, fleets, universities, councils, and ecosystem partners.
- Package partner offers, manage relationships, and support pilots and rollouts.
- Represent Helixion in meetings, demos, and events.
- Execute weekly launch marketing plans
- Manage marketing execs and freelancers
- Drive social content and community growth
- Support host acquisition and offline activations
- Track growth metrics and iterate fast
- A qualified partner pipeline and host acquisition channels
- Consistent weekly marketing output tied to growth metrics
- Early partnership wins (pilots, LOIs, listings)
- A repeatable two‑sided growth playbook
- 5+ years in BD, partnerships, or growth (EV, energy, mobility, marketplaces, or SaaS preferred)
- Strong outreach, negotiation, and closing skills
- Hands‑on, execution‑focused, comfortable with early‑stage ambiguity
- Genuine interest in EV charging and the energy transition
This role suits someone who prefers building in early‑stage environments over managing established teams or large budgets.
CompensationThis is an equity‑first, part‑time role.
Equity is milestone‑based and tied to partnerships closed, growth delivered, and long‑term contribution.
Key leadership roles will transition to salary as the company scales.
