Account Manager – Printed Packaging

Our World Class Client specialises in the supply of high quality print services to the Retail Sector.

To maintain existing relationships with customers and liaise with the supply chain to ensure a consistent high level of service. Maintain regular contact with customers, developing long‑term relationships.

• Develop defined sectors and accounts, annualise contracts where possible and ensure orders are covered with purchase orders.
• Maintain and grow margins through negotiating pricing with customers and securing competitive costs from suppliers.
• Manage existing relationships with customers with regular business reviews, identifying and collecting product demand.
• Relay customer forecasts to the company planning team on a weekly or monthly basis as appropriate and update monthly.
• Sign off artwork redesigns.

• Strong customer relationship building skills.
• Numerate and able to read P&L and understand margins.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent time management.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience managing accounts in the retail and/or food sector.
