Primary School Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Kings Norton area of Birmingham. This role is suitable for EYFS, KS1 or KS2 teachers, depending on experience.

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour
• Support the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of SEND and EAL learners
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals
• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and school policies
• Participate in CPD and contribute to the wider life of the school

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ESSENTIAL
• UK-recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, BEd or equivalent)
• Degree qualification (minimum 2:2 or equivalent)
• GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK
• Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school
• Secure knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum

• Experience in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND
• Knowledge of phonics programmes (e.g. Little Wandle, Read Write Inc)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
